Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position assists managers, employees, and clients by handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining organized communication and documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying documents.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems; ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries professionally.
Order and maintain office supplies; manage vendor relationships as needed.
Support the preparation of reports, budgets, and data entry tasks.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including meeting agendas and minutes.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and company operations.
