What You'll Bring

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Previous experience in customer service or a counseling role is preferred.
Proficiency with standard office software and tools.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in benefits counseling or related fields is a plus.
