Responsibilities

Project Pipeline Management & Resource Allocation. Ensure delivery projects are executed on-time and on-scope by prioritizing work aligned with Customer Success. Optimize team resource usage to maximize efficiency and meet customer commitments.
Team Development & Capability Building. Grow the skills and project management capabilities of delivery engineers, enabling them to handle complex projects and consistently improve delivery quality. Foster high team satisfaction.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization. Design, document, and continuously improve delivery processes, playbooks, and tools that standardize and streamline project execution.
Customer Relationship & Communication Management. Set clear customer expectations and proactively communicate to exceed them. Manage escalations and ensure smooth post-delivery adoption.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align delivery with customer needs and company goals. Ensure smooth handoffs and actionable feedback loops.
Business Impact & Performance Analytics. Monitor delivery performance metrics and continuously improve time efficiency, and overall impact on customer success and business growth.

Requirements

2+ years of software engineering experience (or the equivalent expertise of ~5000 hours of deliberate practice).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Proven experience leading delivery or project management teams in technology-driven environments.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize team and project performance.
Experience developing processes and driving operational excellence.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting to dynamic environments.
