Role Summary:

The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a designated individual or team in our organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, communications, and various professional tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
Draft, proofread, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
Perform tasks including organization-related errands as needed.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, or travel (including accommodation, transportation, itineraries).
Maintain records, files, and databases with high attention to confidentiality.
Liaise with internal staff, clients, service providers, and external contacts on behalf of the employer.
Track deadlines and follow up on pending tasks or commitments.
Handle purchases, payments, and expense reporting.
Provide ad hoc support on special projects or initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Preferred:

Experience in industry-specific areas, such as tech, entertainment, or legal, is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred but not required.
