Your Mission:

Coordinate customs clearance between our bonded warehouse and the German fulfillment center.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in Germany and France (VerpackG, BattG, WEEE, AGEC/EPR).
Monitor inventory and keep our fulfillment center and Amazon operations running like clockwork.

Your Tasks:

Communicate with customs brokers and prepare all necessary documents (invoices, certificates, HS codes).
Register and maintain compliance data in online portals, track deadlines, and implement regulatory changes.
Inventory checks and planning restocks between warehouses and suppliers.
Support Amazon FBA replenishments for Germany and France, ensuring all packaging and compliance requirements are met.

What You Bring:

1–2 years’ experience in logistics, international trade, or e-commerce operations.
Self-driven to master new regulations (DE/FR).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized.
Fluent German required, good English (B2), French is a plus.
Confident with Excel/Google Sheets and compliance portals.
Experience and willingness to work remote.
