Position Overview
As a Referral Campaign Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing, measuring, and optimizing patient referral strategies for clinical trials, directly contributing to the acceleration of innovative treatments. Your work will involve collaborating with clinical teams, analyzing data to drive performance, and training outreach teams. You will succeed through your attention to detail, drive for continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain effective referral scripts for patient outreach. Drive the success of referral initiatives to increase patient enrollment in clinical trials at Care Access.
What You'll Be Working On
Duties include but not limited to:
Write, assess, and refine referral scripts for various clinical trials
Assist with development of training materials and lead training for outreach teams on referral scripts and strategies
Listen to referral calls and analyze call transcripts to learn what works and what can be improved
Analyze referral outcome data to identify areas for improvement (leveraging prior relevant experience and direction from leadership)
Track and report on referral initiative performance
Identify and implement improvements to continuously increase referral success
Act as subject matter expert in identifying areas for improvement
Partner cross-functionally to implement continuous improvement efforts
Other Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure scripts align with study protocols

Physical Requirements
This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment and requires the ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.
Travel Requirements
This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
What You Bring
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
An ability to figure out study protocols and their eligibility criteria–often written in erudite, esoteric language–and translate them into accessible language
An ability to write in a clear, concise, and accessible way
A strong intuition for how to speak with normal people about medical topics
Coachability and a desire to learn and continuously improve
Willingness to be wrong and admit mistakes so you can fix them
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
An understanding of how clinical trials work, with a willingness to embrace new ways of working
Certifications, Education, and Experience:
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
Strongly prefer at least 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
