About the Role:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with experience in Delphi to help support and modernise our core business systems. You’ll be working on applications that play a central role in how we operate day-to-day, maintaining existing functionality while helping to improve and evolve the platform over time.

This is a hands-on role focused on problem-solving and practical delivery. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to design, build and maintain software that’s reliable, well-documented and ready for what’s next.

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop and maintain software applications using Delphi (and SAP SQL Anywhere)
Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and engineers across teams to define and implement improvements
Generate unit tests and debug applications to ensure stability and performance
Document your work and contribute to shared technical knowledge
Engage with Engineering Best Practices

Must Have Skills and Experience:

Proven experience developing with Delphi in a commercial environment
Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases (ideally SAP SQL Anywhere)
Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Beneficial:

Familiarity with Agile ways of working
Broader programming experience outside of Delphi
