Required and preferred qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
Prior leadership experience in a clinical setting is essential.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical management software.
A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience is preferred.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oregon or eligibility for licensure.
