Senior CraftCMS Developer

We're looking for a Senior CraftCMS Developer to join our team at Daytwo. In this role, you’ll lead the development of high-quality websites and digital experiences using CraftCMS. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and other developers to bring projects to life—building with performance, usability, and scalability in mind.

As a senior developer, you’ll not only write clean, maintainable code, but also play a key role in shaping how we work. You’ll help define and improve our development processes, streamline maintenance routines, and ensure our workflows are both efficient and robust. What you’ll do:

Lead the development of CraftCMS-based websites and components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects on time and to spec
Establish and refine internal development standards, processes, and documentation
Set up efficient and scalable content structures for long-term maintainability
Help streamline updates, plugin management, and deployment routines
Review code, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

8+ years of web development experience, with 4+ years working extensively with CraftCMS
Strong knowledge of PHP, Twig, HTML/CSS, and modern JavaScript practices
Experience with Git, deployment workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards
A structured, process-driven mindset with a passion for clean architecture and reusable code
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple stakeholders
