Job Summary

We’re actively seeking a proactive Lead Sales Manager who will be the frontline for EasyBiz (https://easybiz.lu/), driving our client acquisition efforts and enhancing our service delivery. This role is essential for growing our client base by converting leads into paying customers and providing top-notch client communication. The ideal candidate will bring energy, sales expertise, and fluency in English and French to this dynamic position. The Sales Manager will play a key role in business, helping us engage clients, guide them through our KYC processes, and support them in all stages of onboarding. This position is on-site in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming leads through calls, emails, and messages, focusing on maximizing conversion rates
Assist clients through KYC processes and support them post-onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into our services
Address client inquiries and resolve complex cases by liaising with our "second line" for deeper insights
Proactively reach out to potential clients and participate in relevant industry events to build our brand presence
Regularly track and report on sales activities and results, ensuring transparent communication with the team

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, ideally in customer acquisition
Fluency in English and French
Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data and numbers
Proficiency with CRM tools, especially HubSpot and Intercom would be a great plus
Exceptionally proactive and energetic
Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
Driven to resolve challenges quickly and build meaningful relationships
