Project Overview

We are seeking a Tech Lead who will provide both technical leadership and hands-on contributions across full stack development initiatives. This role requires not only expertise in .NET and React, but also leadership in adopting and scaling GenAI-assisted workflows—with a focus on tools like CursorAI and other AI coding copilots.

The Tech Lead will guide distributed teams, define technical approaches, and ensure that projects move from concept to production rapidly while maintaining high quality and security standards. Experience in Fintech/payments systems is highly desirable, given Enumerate’s domain.

Key Project Responsibilities

- Define technical architecture and development approaches for full stack projects.
- Lead design sessions, establish coding standards, and enforce best practices.
- Mentor engineers in leveraging GenAI tools effectively, with emphasis on CursorAI workflows.
- Champion the integration of GenAI development tools (CursorAI, GitHub Copilot, etc.) into daily workflows for coding, testing, documentation, and refactoring.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve velocity, quality, and developer experience.
- Oversee and contribute to the development of scalable applications in .NET (C#) and React.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to align business and technical requirements.
- Ensure integration with third-party APIs and Fintech/payment services is secure, robust, and compliant

Project Deliverables

- End-to-end feature implementations as defined in project scope.
- Production-ready web applications or services built on .NET and React.
- AI-assisted development pipelines with clear playbooks for team use.
- Technical documentation and knowledge-sharing artifacts.
- Improved developer productivity and consistency through GenAI workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET (C#) and React.
- Familiarity with GenAI development tools such as CursorAI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted coding platforms.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Fintech, payments, or financial services software.
- Knowledge of microservices, cloud-native architectures, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL data stores.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance requirements in finance-related domains.

Engagement Terms

This role will be engaged under a Contractor of Record arrangement, structured as project-based work. The Full Stack Engineer will work remotely, collaborating with Enumerate’s distributed teams. Scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined for each project engagement.
