About the role

We are looking for a Performance & Media Buying Manager to strengthen our acquisition team and grow our customer base in international B2B markets. You will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Reddit Ads, taking ownership of execution and efficiency, while working closely with the Paid Media Team Lead on priorities and broader strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns in social media platforms.
Own day-to-day optimization: targeting, bidding, budgets, audiences, placements.
Run A/B tests on creatives and audiences to improve campaign efficiency.
Analyze results and provide insights on CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI for your channels.
Collaborate with the creative team on briefs and ensure assets meet platform requirements.
Proactively suggest new ideas, formats, and targeting approaches.
Prepare performance reports and share actionable recommendations with the team.

Who you are

4+ years of experience in paid social media advertising.
Solid hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns against business KPIs.
Comfortable with campaign reporting and drawing insights from data.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a growth mindset.
Experience running paid campaigns for B2B or fintech products.
Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for reporting and insights.
Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concept development and performance feedback.
Experience conducting conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages and funnels.
Familiarity with retargeting strategies and multi-touch attribution models.
Experience running paid campaigns in multiple languages or regions.
