We are looking for a Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Business Developer, you will support our BD team by:

Researching and identifying new market opportunities, potential leads, and prospects.
Conducting cold and warm outreach to engage potential clients and partners.
Qualifying leads and setting up discovery calls for the senior BD team.
Analyzing market trends and providing data-driven insights to inform strategy.
Collaborating with internal teams (technical, marketing, product) to align outreach efforts with Gateway’s offerings.
Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations and reports.
Supporting relationship management with existing and prospective partners.
Participating in industry events, webinars, and conferences as a Gateway representative.

Qualifications

Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong interest in blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem (on-chain activity, research, or side projects are a big plus).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Notion, Hubspot, Slack, G-suite).
Previous experience in sales, market research, or business development is a plus.
