Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of home care services to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Lead a team of caregivers and support staff by providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring optimal care delivery.
Manage client relations by addressing concerns, coordinating care, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Monitor budget allocations and maintain financial accountability for home care operations.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and agencies to coordinate services and improve client outcomes.
Train new staff on policies, procedures, and best practices in home care management.

What We Required

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing healthcare-related services.
Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to home care services.
Experience in client management and care assessment.
Certification in Home Care Administration is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
