Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms.
Plan and manage content calendars, creating engaging posts that resonate with engineers, decision-makers, and technical audiences.
Drive qualified B2B lead generation using Apollo.io, Lusha, and CRM-integrated workflows.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Canva AI for smarter content creation and audience targeting.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance — including traffic, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning new tools and trends
Familiarity with Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Attributes:

Understanding of B2B marketing for engineering or technology-based companies
Exposure to web design or experience using platforms like WordPress or Wix
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Prior internship experience in digital marketing is a plus.
