On a typical day, you will converse with the model on realistic support scenarios and customer engagement tasks, verify accuracy and professionalism, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

A bachelor's or associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is ideal; prior experience in customer support, helpdesk platforms, or support QA signal fit. Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.

We offer a pay range of $6-to- $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
