Position Overview:

As Vice President of Business Development for Longfor Los Angeles, you will be at the forefront of

driving the growth and expansion of Longfor in the North American market. You will spearhead

strategic initiatives to identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and

revenue streams across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. This senior leadership role

is pivotal in shaping Longfor’s long-term success in North America and positioning the company as a

leader in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Market Expansion

Lead Longfor’s market expansion strategy in North America, identifying new business

opportunities, high-potential markets, and partnership prospects.

Develop and execute market entry strategies and growth plans for new residential, commercial,

and mixed-use projects.

Drive Longfor’s market positioning in the U.S., establishing a strong brand presence in key cities.

Collaborate with the executive team to refine and execute the company’s growth objectives

aligned with Longfor’s strategic vision and long-term goals.

Partnership & Relationship Development

Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances with local

developers, contractors, investment firms, and government agencies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, and potential

investors, ensuring alignment with Longfor’s strategic goals.

Represent Longfor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase the

company’s visibility and foster new business relationships.

Revenue & Profit Growth

Drive the development of new revenue-generating initiatives, focusing on both short-term and

long-term growth opportunities.

Oversee the financial performance of new business ventures, ensuring profitability and alignment

with budget expectations.

Lead efforts in securing investments and securing the necessary capital to fund new

developments and projects.

Work closely with the CEO and CFO to set realistic revenue and profit targets, and implement

effective strategies to achieve them.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends,

opportunities, and potential risks within the real estate and development sectors.

Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on market insights and

customer demands.

Monitor competitor activities, regulatory changes, and industry shifts to ensure Longfor remains

at the forefront of industry innovations.
