This role will involve assisting staff with technical issues related to software, hardware, and general IT support. Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective technical support to staff via phone, email, and remote sessions.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with IT team members to improve systems and processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma; associate degree or higher in IT or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to urgent requests with a calm demeanor.
