About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who will not only shape what we build, but also take full ownership of how we build and ship it. This is an end-to-end role supporting multiple product domains and covering the full product development lifecycle – from product strategy and feature definition to delivery execution and release coordination.

You’ll act as a key bridge between our Prague-based engineering teams and stakeholders across the company, driving roadmap priorities while ensuring features are delivered smoothly and effectively. This role blends product management with project/release ownership – perfect for someone who enjoys being deeply embedded in both strategy and execution.

What will you do?

Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define and execute product strategy.
Own and drive product roadmap planning and delivery across key product areas.
Take full ownership of delivery – leading sprint planning, managing dependencies, and keeping projects on track.
Translate user and business requirements into clear, actionable specs and user stories.
Work closely with engineers and designers in Agile processes: attend standups, triage bugs, support WA, and help ship clean, tested releases.
Act as a release coordinator – managing the flow of features from ideation through deployment and post-release follow-up.
Use analytics, customer feedback, and market research to drive continuous improvement.
Support product launches in partnership with marketing, operations, and customer teams.
Act as the voice of the customer and champion for usability, performance, and value.
Help refine internal product and delivery processes to increase team efficiency.

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience working on a complex product in a SaaS or tech-driven company.
Proven experience leading product initiatives from ideation through delivery and post-launch.
Strong project ownership – comfortable managing timelines, priorities, and coordinating across teams.
Experience working directly with engineers in a hands-on delivery model.
Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp.
Data-driven mindset – confident using analytics and feedback to guide product decisions.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Passion for creating impactful, high-quality user experiences.
