業務内容

会社のチームを横断し、特に営業管理へ貢献する役割となります。
主には営業管理ツールを使った案件データの整理・分析、営業部門のフォローを中心にお任せします！
経験を活かして、新たな挑戦をしたい方にぴったりのポジションです。

《具体的な業務内容》

各種業務システムへの入力
受発注管理と経理チームとの連携
データの整理・分析
製品・サービスに関する情報の更新とバージョン管理
現在の顧客と潜在顧客のデータベースの作成と管理
営業データの管理 - 各営業担当者の進捗状況や成果状況等のデータモニタリング、最新情報が更新されるように関係者にフォローする
Hubspot(CRM)を使った見込み顧客の情報整理と更新、レポーティングを含む社内チームとの連携

ポジションの魅力

データ分析・管理能力を磨き、キャリアアップにつなげることができる
フレックス＆在宅OKでプライベートと両立しやすい

必須（MUST）

エクセル（Excel）もしくはGoogle Spreadsheet応用レベル(Sumif関数, グラフ・チャート作成、ピボット分析等)
パワーポイント（PowerPoint）の使用経験
SlackやGoogle Workspace等のSaaS使用経験
マルチタスクが可能なコミュニケーション能力
数値を正確に分析・管理する能力

歓迎（WANT）

ビジネスレベルの英語能力（TOEIC 800点以上）
迅速な対応が求められる環境下で仕事をする能力
CRMソフトウェア（主にHubSpot MarketingHubとSalesHub）による案件管理の経験

求める人物像

コミュニケーションをポジティブにとらえられる方（外注先や他部署など）
幅広い業務を担当するので、マルチタスクが得意な方
マニュアルなど整っていなくても前向きに業務に取り組める方
