Gradion is seeking a high-caliber Strategic Consultant who blends business acumen, tech fluency, and leadership. You are both a rainmaker and an executor: someone who can open doors, earn trust, write proposals, organize cross-functional teams, and deliver insights that make executives stop and rethink.

What You’ll Do

This role encompasses these key responsibilities: Consulting & Business Advisory, Client Engagement & Rainmaking, Project Leadership & Team Organization, Strategic Insight & Communication

Consulting & Business Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from scale-ups to large enterprises.
Understand client challenges in operations, digital transformation, market expansion, or tech adoption.
Frame and lead strategic initiatives that combine business consulting with technological solutions.
Deliver actionable recommendations backed by sound analysis and structured thinking.

Client Engagement & Rainmaking

Cultivate and manage C-level relationships with empathy and impact.
Identify business opportunities within client conversations and proactively propose new services.
Collaborate with sales to write winning proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
Represent NFQ in presentations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

Project Leadership & Team Organization

Assemble and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts.
Translate client needs into well-structured project scopes and delivery plans.
Keep communication tight and transparent, aligning clients and teams around shared goals.
Review project outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and business relevance.

Strategic Insight & Communication

Synthesize complex technical or operational challenges into compelling narratives.
Deliver findings in both written reports and executive presentations.
Facilitate client decision-making with clarity and insight.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years in management consulting, tech consulting, digital strategy, or business advisory.
Extensive Tech Background, understand and can advise in all major programming languages.
Proven ability to lead client relationships, pitch and close consulting projects.
Experience structuring and managing cross-functional teams, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals and lead executive-level discussions.
Deep AI understanding and enthusiastic about new possibilities with AI
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Bonus:

Background in software, digital product, or innovation consulting.
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
Hands-on involvement in tech scoping, architecture planning, or digital platform advisory.
Understanding of Agile delivery methods and modern software development.
