About the Role:

As we grow we’re looking for our first Junior Customer Support who joins the team and helps our prospects and customers through different forms of communication channels. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, customers and anyone using our software, making sure their experience with Otterly.AI is seamless, friendly, and valuable. From answering live chat messages to guiding new users through their onboarding, you’ll combine empathy, problem-solving skills, and a knack for tech to keep our users happy.

Help customers fall in love with AI-powered brand monitoring 🦦.

What exactly you will do:

Chat & Email Support: Manage incoming requests via HubSpot chat and email
Onboarding: Help new customers get started, answer questions, and walk them through features
Troubleshooting: Work with our Development and Product teams to identify, test, and solve customer issues
Video Support: Create short, clear screen recordings to explain features or workflows
Knowledge Sharing: Improve and expand our AI-powered knowledge base to make self-service easier for customers
Prospect Assistance: Guide potential customers through product capabilities and value.

Main requirements:

Min. 6 months of experience on a similar role (Customer Care, Customer Support, 1-line support)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm, empathetic approach
Tech-savvy, quick learner, and comfortable with SaaS tools
AI-first mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance customer support efficiency
This is a plus for us 🍒: Experience with HubSpot CRM, SEO, customer onboarding, or B2B SaaS products
Flexible working hours: European or U.S. time zones / 40h per week.
