We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Finance Controller to work closely with our CFO on all aspects of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory readiness. This is a hands-on opportunity to improve financial systems in one of Europe’s most exciting Bitcoin companies.

What You’ll Do

Drive financial operations, reporting, and internal controls related to finance.
Lead financial closings, reconciliations, audits, and budget tracking.
Manage external partners, including accountants and auditors.
Optimize cash flow forecasting and financial documentation.
Improve financial processes and implement tools for automation.

What You Bring

At least 3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Proven work experience in a financial institution or Fintech environment.
Outstanding Excel skills, with proficiency in data analysis and modeling.
Exceptional attention to detail and diligence in ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
A true self-starter mindset
Interest in Bitcoin and AI is a plus.
