We are seeking a reliable Remote Administrative Assistant to handle key daily tasks for approximately 3 hours per day. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, highly skilled in Google Sheets, and comfortable managing our online presence. This role is crucial for keeping our property listings current and our administrative tasks running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing Management: Update and maintain our available property listings on real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow, Apartments.com) and our company social media channels.

• Data Management: Accurately track and manage data using Google Sheets, including listing status, tenant inquiries, and other operational spreadsheets.

• Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit a concise daily report outlining all completed tasks and any outstanding items.

• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks as needed, which may include data entry, file organization, and correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required: Proven proficiency in Google Sheets. You must be comfortable with formulas, formatting, and data tracking.

• Tech-Savvy: Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for business/promotional purposes.

• Detail-Oriented: A high level of attention to detail is essential, especially for data entry.

• Self-Motivated: Must be able to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively without supervision.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• (Optional) Experience in real estate or property management is a significant plus but not required.
