Are you an Accountant with a strong technical foundation, ideally shaped in a Big 4 audit or accounting outsourcing team, looking for broad, hands-on responsibility in an international group? SwissBorg is a crypto wealth management platform operating through a group of regulated entities across Switzerland, France, Estonia and other jurisdictions. Monthly, quarterly and annual closes for all group entities, in collaboration with external accounting firms
Balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and account analysis to ensure balances are correct and supported
Monthly intercompany reconciliations, recharges and settlements across group entities
Supporting VAT and other tax compliance across jurisdictions (VAT returns, reverse charge, withholding taxes), working with our external tax advisors
Prepare audit files and support the annual and interim audits of the group entities
Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes, contributing your own ideas
Manage both technical and routine accounting tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
