We are hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate (FP&A) to join our growing finance team. This is the company's first FP&A hire, and in this role, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our FP&A function from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. What would your day look like?

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and drivers of business performance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for ELT and the Board.
Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Partner closely with business leaders across all departments to understand their financial needs and provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, HR, and Platform teams.
Collaborate with the Delivery and People team to build and maintain capacity planning and forecasting models.
Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial audiences.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation possibilities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into business performance.

What do you need to succeed?

Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field focusing on quantitative subjects.
3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced, growth environment, preferably within investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A at a technology/services company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Strategic, curious, and driven to find impactful solutions.
Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills, including proficiency in data querying, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
