TextNow are seeking a dedicated Site Reliability Engineering Manager to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the reliability and performance of our production systems, ensuring optimal uptime and quick recovery from incidents.
Develop and implement SRE practices, including monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning.
Manage and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with development teams to automate processes and enhance system integrations.
Create detailed reports and metrics to evaluate system performance and reliability over time.
Participate in project planning and ensure that reliability considerations are integrated into all stages of the system lifecycle.
Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and efficiency in system operations.

What We Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and management.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management frameworks.
Relevant certifications like SRE or Cloud certifications are preferred.
Proficiency in relevant software/tools commonly used in cloud environments.
