We’re looking for a high-energy Account Manager to build strong client relationships, guide buyers through the investment journey, and ensure a seamless, trustworthy experience from first contact to deal close. You’ll play a key role in managing client pipelines, coordinating with local teams, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound client leads via WhatsApp, email, and calls
Qualify leads, understand investment goals, and present tailored property or business opportunities
Serve as the single point of contact for your assigned clients from first call to post-sale follow-up
Coordinate with agents, lawyers, architects, and other vendors to deliver on client needs
Track pipeline activity using CRM tools and report regularly on lead conversion rates
Assist in onboarding new clients for special programs such as Turkish Citizenship by Investment
Work closely with our content and video teams to provide client insight for future campaigns
Maintain a high standard of trust, responsiveness, and professionalism in every interaction

Requirements

2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or consultative sales
Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
Experience working with high-net-worth clients or in real estate, investment, or international services is a bonus
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision
Tech-savvy: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic CRM, Zoom, etc.
Strong follow-up skills and a mindset of service + closing
