Job Summary

The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing roofing projects from start to finish. This role ensures jobs are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage roofing projects from estimation through completion.

* Conduct site visits to ensure project progress, safety, and quality standards.

* Oversee field crews and subcontractors, ensuring efficient performance.

* Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

* Prepare project estimates, schedules, and documentation.

* Track job costs and profitability throughout each project.

* Resolve on-site challenges and customer concerns promptly.

* Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.

* Report project updates and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing or construction project management.

* Strong knowledge of roofing systems (asphalt, metal, flat, or tile).

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.

* Proficiency in project management or CRM tools (e.g., JobNimbus, AccuLynx, BuilderTrend).

* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
