About the role:

We're hiring an Accounting Manager to help support our bookkeeping team and clients in a fully remote position. We don't micromanage, so you should be motivated to deliver amazing results for your clients. You should be comfortable with modern communication and task-management tools so that we can all collaborate effectively.

Main responsibilities:

✅ Manage full-cycle accounting process for clients

✅ Manage accounting team to ensure accurate work done efficiently

✅ Communicate with and support clients to benefit from the financial data we provide

Qualifications:

⭐ 5+ years as an Accounting Manager or related role

⭐ Proficiency with QBO and/or Xero is required (Netsuite is a bonus)

⭐ Strong focus on processes is an asset

⭐ FP&A and modelling skills is a bonus
