About the Role:

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a seasoned Partner Manager to spearhead partner development across engineering firms, biotech facility builders, and validation consulting firms throughout Japan. This pivotal role will shape and expand a high-impact partner ecosystem, accelerating the adoption of our platform and driving digital transformation across the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners including software companies, equipment providers, engineering firms, design/build contract firms, validation consulting firms, and CQV service providers.
Develop go-to-market strategies with partners to expand the adoption of our AI-enabled digital validation platform.
Design partner enablement plans including training, co-marketing, sales support, and joint offerings.
Support and assist strategic partners on specific opportunities;
Perform regular follow-ups with Strategic Partners on their plan; Review Partners Performance regularly together with the Partner.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations to drive joint value creation.
Align internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product) to support partner success and deliver shared KPIs.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner summits to evangelize our platform and partnership model.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

8+ years of experience in business development, alliances, or partner management within life sciences, preferably with pharma/biotech facility engineering or validation services.
Solid understanding of CQV, GxP requirements, and how digital validation is evolving in the industry.
Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems.
Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Experience working in or with SaaS or enterprise technology platforms is a strong plus.
