WhistleOut is one of Australia’s most trusted telco comparison websites, helping millions of consumers make better decisions about mobile plans, broadband, and SIM-only deals. We’ve recently launched in Singapore and are now focused on deepening our local market presence by expanding partnerships with telco providers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Contractor based in Singapore to help us secure new telco partnerships. This is a hands-on, high-impact short-term engagement where your industry network and deal-making ability will directly contribute to market success.

Key Objectives

• Secure at least two new telco suppliers (e.g. Singtel, StarHub, M1, SIMBA, or MVNOs) for the WhistleOut Singapore platform.

• Lead the end-to-end BD process: from outreach and relationship-building to negotiation and onboarding handover.

• Serve as a trusted representative of WhistleOut, clearly communicating our value proposition and performance potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise telco supplier targets aligned with WhistleOut’s commercial and user growth goals.

• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in the telecom sector.

• Pitch the WhistleOut platform’s benefits and performance track record to potential partners.

• Liaise with the WhistleOut Australia team for approvals, materials, and integration support.

• Provide weekly progress updates and a short final wrap-up report.

Ideal Experience

• 5+ years in telco, digital partnerships, or affiliate business development.

• Strong network within the Singapore telecommunications space.

• Demonstrated ability to close B2B partnerships within short timeframes.

• Self-sufficient, persuasive, and commercially savvy.

• Based in Singapore or able to attend in-person meetings when required.
