About the Role

We’re hiring a world-class SEO & Digital Authority Strategist to build the online visibility engine of our company. This is not just SEO. This is about making our brand the undisputed #1 when people search anything related to home inspections, safety, and real estate in the Netherlands—whether they’re searching in Google, on YouTube, or inside ChatGPT.

We don’t want traffic.

We want reputation, rankings, and revenue—on every digital front.

What You’ll Do

Own our entire SEO ecosystem—tech, content, on-page, off-page, CRO, brand queries, internal linking, authority building, and everything in between
Build and execute our AI-focused ranking strategy (for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.)
Make us impossible not to find when someone types anything about home inspections, property safety, or legal building reports
Manage writers and creators to scale expert Dutch-language content
Create & optimize topical maps, knowledge hubs, and lead-gen magnets
Run CRO experiments to make traffic convert (we don’t care about traffic that doesn’t make money)
Build dashboards, report weekly, track KPIs tied to growth—not just clicks

Who You Are

You’ve ranked competitive keywords and built brands people trust from search
You understand how AI search works—and you’re already working it
You think like a CMO, but execute like a tactician
You’ve worked on full-funnel SEO, not just blog posts or landing pages
You know what moves the needle (and what’s a waste of time)
Bonus: multilingual SEO, E-E-A-T optimization, knowledge graph experience
