Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Associate BI, who will:

Take ownership of campaign governance and QA.
Lead work to ensure accurate and timely data collection to support reporting.
Manage any required data classification or manipulation.
Work with senior level Insights and Analytics staff to develop project timelines and deliverable schedules.
Deliver projects independently, but proactively communicates project progress, issues and deliverables to manager and director.
Ensure all client materials meet or exceed expectations (from content to quality) and are delivered on time.
Research industry trends and facts sharing expertise to team.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

Working knowledge of MMM
Experience with Time Series Data
+2 years’ experience with data manipulation using Advanced Excel
Working knowledge of scripting in Python
Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills
Attention to detail
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to multitask, collaborate with teams, and perform under pressure
Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, building graphs and charts) and PowerPoint.
Experience with Google Campaign Manager, SA360, and social platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn).
Data visualization experience (e.g., Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).
SQL and Project management tool experience is a plus (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
1+ years of relevant work experience
