Seeing strong demand across Poland and Europe, we’re looking for a Sales Director, Europe to build a high-caliber, consultative-sales organization, and bring a category-defining GenAI platform to markets that are hungry for it. You’ll set the bar on value-based selling, drive the region’s largest, most strategic deals, and work closely with and be coached by Wes - our VP of Sales.

What you'll do:

Lead and coach a small team of Enterprise and Mid-Market AEs across Europe.
Personally owns a subset of the most strategic opportunities, running the full sales cycle with support from Solutions Consulting.
Maintain an accurate regional forecast and drive operational rigor across the funnel.
Partner closely with Sales Enablement to ensure onboarding excellence and ongoing skills development.
Play a key role in recruiting top AE talent for the EU team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers and create long-term customer value.

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

5+ years leading teams of enterprise Account Executives, with responsibility for team results and a track record of quota attainment.
Executive presence and experience building trusted C-level relationships.
Proven success selling to large enterprises.
Strong understanding of formal sales methodologies (ideally MEDDIC).
Great sales strategy skills: able to plan the best steps to move deals from stage to stage, uplevel team thinking on stakeholders, risks, and next actions.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.

It'll be awesome if you have:

Quality forecasting discipline, including the ability to dig into deal details and correct AE gaps.
Experience partnering with Sales Enablement and other internal functions to improve tools, training, and process.
Ability to navigate partner ecosystems (GSIs/hyperscalers) to drive joint plays on strategic accounts.
