Maintain detailed and accurate chat records using internal systems
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus
1+ year of customer service or chat support experience preferred
Exceptional written communication and typing skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or help desk platforms
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
