We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Entry Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders quickly and accurately, ensuring a smooth transaction experience from start to finish. You will play a key part in supporting our clients’ operations and maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems and databases
Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and shipping information
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Inventory, Shipping) to resolve order issues
Respond to order-related inquiries and provide updates to clients and customers
Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all transactions
Identify and report order discrepancies or delays
Meet daily/weekly order processing targets and quality metrics

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1+ year of experience in data entry, order processing, or a related administrative role
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and order entry software (ERP or CRM systems a plus)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
